Delete account

Delete your EXPRESSO account (customer or courier) without installing the app. In the app: “Profile” → “Delete account”.

What is deleted

Name, phone number, email, saved addresses, devices for notifications, the text of your chat messages and reviews. For couriers — also documents, profile photo, shift selfies and vehicle plate.

What is kept without your contacts

Orders and payments — for accounting and dispute handling, as required by law. They can no longer be linked to you.

If you have an order in progress, wait for delivery or cancel it first.
